I'm experiencing the same issue.

I've just purchased / installed Warp & configured my first Workspace layout - & whilst it saves the layout (albeit without multiple Finder Windows, instead limited to 1) the Workspace name defaults to & remains as 'Untitled'.

I think the bug occurs when there are multiple Warp windows open. I discovered a hidden instance of the Warp preset managing window hidden underneath another application. When I closed all other Warp windows, i was then able to save the preset name.
